Return Policy

At Raíces & Threads, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our handmade and culturally inspired products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be in new, unused, unopened, and unaltered condition with all original packaging intact.

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Opened Packages:

  • Returns of opened packages will incur a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at moceguera@raicesandthreads.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

 

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges within 2 days of purchase.

  • The product must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • To process a replacement or refund, please provide photos of the defective item and packaging for review.

  • Claims made after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund due to the handmade and limited nature of our products.
